Ogólne warunki handlowe (OWH)
Regulamin Gospodarstwa Agroturystyczna „Agroletnica”, od 1 marca 2023 roku do odwołania.
Uiszczenie opłaty za pobyt i/lub zameldowanie w dniu przyjazdu jest równoznaczne z akceptacją niniejszego regulaminu przez Gościa.
- Ceny (wszystkie brutto i w złotych polskich, możliwa płatność w innych walutach (patrz część 8) oraz faktury VAT dla firm)
1.1 Zakwaterowanie (płatne w dniu lub przed przyjazdem – dane bankowe w punkcie 8)
Zakwaterowanie – 100 PLN od osoby powyżej 3 roku życia za dobę (zimową porą 90 PLN, aczkolwiek w okresach świątecznych typu Boże Narodzenie, Nowy Rok, Wielkanoc, Walentynki, Ostatki itd., mogą obowiązywać specjalne ceny, zgodnie w praktyka w branży.)
Zakwaterowanie – 60 PLN dla osoby poniżej 3 roku życia lub młodsze
Zakwaterowanie dla zwierzęcia – 30 PLN za dobę za zwierzę.
Dopłata za pobyt tylko na jedną dobę – 20 zł od osoby (10 PLN zimową porą)
Zakwaterowanie na cały miesiąc płatne z góry – 2 500 PLN od jednej osoby. Dwie osoby w jednym pokoju 4 000 PLN, a trzy osoby w jednym pokoju 5 200 PLN.
Liczba dni pobytu w Gospodarstwie Agroletnica określona jest w potwierdzeniu rezerwacji, które Gość otrzymuje: mailowo, telefonicznie lub listownie po wpłaceniu zadatku w wysokości 30% kwoty. Pozostałą kwotę Gość wpłaca w dniu przyjazdu.
Opłata za niewykorzystane noclegi nie podlega zwrotowi.
Jeśli Gość jest zarezerwowany za pomocą Booking.com lub jakiejkolwiek innej usługi, która ma inne oferty cenowe niż powyższe, wówczas zastosowanie będzie miała transakcja, którą Gość zawarł za pośrednictwem takiej usługi, a nie powyższa cena.
Dla tych, którzy chcą mieć wakacje robocze, powyższe stawki mogą być elastyczne w zależności od wartości pracy, którą chcesz wykonać.
1.2 Plany wyżywienia (nieobowiązkowe, możliwa jest tylko rezerwacja zakwaterowania. Rezerwacji posiłków należy dokonać z co najmniej 24-godzinnym wyprzedzeniem).
Śniadanie (bufet – serwowane od 08:00 do 11:00) – 40 PLN od osoby
Wczesniejsze śniadania sa mozliwe gdy pakujemy wieczorem przed tym, czekaja w lodówce, bez ciepłego elementu – 30 PLN na osobę.
Posiłek główny (Kolacja – serwowany od 17:00 do 20:00) – 50 PLN od osoby
Bankiety dla 10 i więcej osób (chrzciny, uroczystości rodzinne, zjazdy szkolne itp. – 120 zł od osoby z możliwością uzyskania uzgodnionego menu)
Korzystanie z ogniska z naszym jedzeniem – 80 zł od osoby
Korzystanie z ogniska z wlasnym jedzeniem – 30 zł od osoby dla pierwszych 4 osób, więcej osób za darmo, czyli „cap” na 120 PLN.
(musi być nadzorowane przez personel, patrz punkt 3 poniżej, i nie jest dostępne w czasie suszy).
1.3 Inne pozycje
Korzystanie z basenu – Goście z noclegiem – bezpłatne
Korzystanie z basenu przez osoby spędzające dzień z Gościem –
30 zł/osoba (do dwóch osób nieprzebywających na Gościa)
Korzystanie z basenu przez osoby niezwiązane z Pokojem – niedostępne. Polecamy WOSiR w Drzonkowie.

Herbata czarna, kawa rozpuszczalna, z mlekiem i cukrem – dostępna bezpłatnie dla Gości, a dla osób nieprzebywających w obiekcie z Gośćmi kosztuje 7 zł/filiżanka.
Kawa z baristy (obsługiwana tylko przez personel), specjalistyczne herbaty i napoje gazowane oraz inne artykuły ze sklepu – zgodnie z cennikiem.
Wypożyczenie: rower – 8 zł/godz. riksze – 12 zł/godz. Poza sezonem basenowym wypożyczalnia rowerów jest bezpłatna.
Samochód z kierowcą – 80 zł/godz. (w zależności od dostępności kierowcy – nie wynajmujemy samochodu bez kierowcy) plus paliwo.
Pokój gier jest obecnie niedostępny z powodu remontu, do wiosny 2025 roku.
- Zameldowanie/wymeldowanie, Cisza w nocy, Liczba gości
2.1 Przyjazd od 16:00 do 22:00 (później/wcześniej po wcześniejszym uzgodnieniu) Wymeldowanie do 12:00.
2.2 Cisza nocna obowiązuje od 22:00 do 06:00. Po wcześniejszym uzgodnieniu istnieje możliwość przedłużenia, ale nie później niż do godziny 02:00, w tym strony.
Goście, którzy nie zatrzymują się w obiekcie, zobowiązani są do opuszczenia obiektu przed rozpoczęciem ciszy. Nocowanie w pokojach gości jest zabronione, chyba że kwestia ta zostanie uzgodniona z gospodarzem. Pobieramy opłaty za zakwaterowanie, a nie przez pokoje.
Podczas pobytu Gość samodzielnie dba o porządek w pokoju. Goście zatrzymujący się w obiekcie mogą poprosić o zmianę pościeli w razie potrzeby.
2.3 Dostępne pokoje
Nie ma „domków” i nie jest to kemping, więc nie ma namiotów, przyczep kempingowych ani motorhome’ów. Jest jeden dom, który ma wolne pokoje dla gości:
Pokoje 4-osobowe – 1 (z własną toaletą i prysznicem)
Pokoje 3-osobowe – 2 (z własną toaletą i prysznicem)
Pokoje 2-osobowe – 2 (z własną toaletą i prysznicem)
Pokoje 1-osobowe – 4 (ze wspólną toaletą i prysznicem)
Mamy więc w sumie 9 sal z max. 18 łóżkami, a w jadalni są miejsca dla maksymalnie 30 osób przy stole podczas imprez. Cieszymy się, że możemy współpracować z innymi lokalnymi miejscami, aby przyciągnąć większe grupy do regionu.
Gospodarz wyznacza miejsce, w którym zaparkowany jest pojazd Gościa.
Kierowcy wysokich pojazdów muszą uważać, aby nie uszkodzić bramy wjazdowej. Istnieje alternatywne wejście dla wysokich pojazdów po uzgodnieniu.
- Ognisko
Nie jest wliczone w cenę, ponieważ wymaga nadzoru personelu, aby zapobiec pożarom lasów, a także ze względu na koszt drzewa, czyszczenia sztućców itp. Czasami lokalne władze zawieszają prawo do korzystania z otwartego ognia z powodu suszy, a my następnie przenosimy zaplanowane posiłki przy ognisku do jadalni. - Wyżywienie we własnym zakresie
Nasz pensjonat nie jest przygotowany na pełne pobyty z własnym wyżywieniem i nie będzie, ale są lodówki z półkami dedykowanymi Gościom. Goście powinni trzymać się dedykowanej półki w lodówce. W jadalni „U Rubiego” dostępna jest kuchenka mikrofalowa, ale ze względów higienicznych Goście nie mogą jeść ani przechowywać żywności w swoich pokojach. W lokalizacji wiejskiej owady szybko zareagują na obecność resztek jedzenia, więc aby utrzymać tę sprawę pod kontrolą, oczekujemy, że goście będą jeść w jadalni lub przy stolikach zewnętrznych.
Goście mogą korzystać z jadalni/ogniska, aby zjeść własne jedzenie, ale mogą korzystać tylko z lodówki i kuchenki mikrofalowej dostępnej dla Gości. Nie ma dostępu do kuchni, jest to ściśle dostępne tylko dla personelu.
Chętnie podgrzewamy jedzenie dla niemowląt.
Nie mamy licencji na alkohol, ale goście mogą spożywać własny alkohol i nie pobieramy tak zwanej opłaty „korkowej”.
W przypadku bankietu czasowo zmienione może zostać miejsce, w którym pozostali Goście nieuczestniczący w przyjęciu bankietowym mogą zjeść własne jedzenie.
- Palenie
Palenie dozwolone jest w wyznaczonych miejscach tylko przed domem i w strefie ogniska.
Niedozwolone jest wyrzucanie niedopałków innych niż w dostarczonych popielniczkach.
Kara za palenie w pomieszczeniu wynosi 500 zł za pokój.
Używanie lub posiadanie nielegalnych substancji jest surowo zabronione.
- Basen i inne obszary przy basenie
Basen jest nieogrzewany i działa od końca maja do początku października każdego roku.
Gdy basen jest poza sezonem, nie wolno chodzić po basenie.
Rodzice są odpowiedzialni za nadzór nad dziećmi.
Wspinanie się po dachach, ogrodzeniach lub markizach jest niedozwolone.
Skakanie do wody jest niedozwolone.
Z basenu mogą korzystać Goście pokoju oraz członkowie ich lokalnych rodzin dołączających do nich na dzień (30 zł od osoby, maksymalnie dwie osoby na osobę), a nie osoby z zewnątrz.
Przed wejściem do basenu Goście muszą skorzystać z prysznica.
Zachowania seksualne i hałaśliwa aktywność nie są dozwolone w basenie i wymagany jest odpowiedni strój kąpielowy.
Basen jest zabroniony dla osób pod wpływem alkoholu
Kara za spowodowanie konieczności całkowitej wymiany wody w basenie z powodu zanieczyszczenia wynosi 5 000 zł.
Dwa razy w tygodniu basen jest zamknięty o godzinie 21:00 z powodu chlorowania i otwarty o 09:00 następnego ranka. Wejście do basenu między tymi godzinami jest niebezpieczne, więc jest zabronione, a korzystanie z basenu w godzinach ciszy jest również niedozwolone.
- Szkody majątkowe, odpowiedzialność za grupę i zwierzęta domowe
Szkody majątkowe powinny zostać zrekompensowane przez osobę odpowiedzialną, ale ponieważ nie zawsze bierzemy dane każdej osoby w grupie, osobą, która musi zapłacić jakiekolwiek odszkodowanie, w tym kary, jeśli członkowie ich grupy palą lub powodują konieczność całkowitej wymiany wody w basenie, będzie osoba, która dokonała rezerwacji. Jeśli zarezerwujesz grupę w tym GUEST HOuse, mamy prawo założyć, że znasz dane wszystkich osób w swojej grupie i że jesteś odpowiedzialny za uiszczenie ich opłat i wszelkich innych zobowiązań, które powinni ponieść. Dokonując rezerwacji w imieniu innych osób, przyjmujesz na siebie tę odpowiedzialność. W interesie zgodności z duchem ochrony danych nie przyjmujemy tożsamości wszystkich osób w Grupie.
Powyższe nie ogranicza nas przed roszczeniami prawnymi wobec innych gości grupy.
Mamy monitoring miejsc publicznych za pomocą kamer. O ile nie ma incydentu wymagającego zachowania dowodów, system zapętla się i po 24 godzinach nagrania są nadpisywane. W pokojach gościnnych nie ma nagrywania ani monitoringu.
Trzymanie zwierząt w miejscu zakwaterowania bez uzgodnienia z gospodarzem jest zabronione. Jesteśmy przyjazne zwierzętom, ale mamy też własne zwierzęta i oczekujemy, że zwierzęta przyjeżdżające na wakacje będą na bieżąco z wymaganymi szczepionkami. Opłata za zwierzę wynosi 30 PLN za dobę i nie oferujemy opieki nad Twoimi zwierzętami jako usługi, to od Ciebie zależy, czy Twoje zwierzęta będą bezpieczne i pod kontrolą.
Gość ponosi pełną odpowiedzialność, w tym materialną, za wszelkiego rodzaju szkody i zniszczenia obiektu i jego wyposażenia, spowodowane jego działaniami lub działaniami osób, za które jest odpowiedzialny, w tym między innymi dzieci i zwierząt.
Gość powinien powiadomić gospodarza o wystąpieniu szkód w kwaterze i na terenie obiektu.
Gospodarze nie ponoszą odpowiedzialności za mienie Gości.
Ze względu na możliwość uszkodzenia instalacji elektrycznej i związane z tym bezpieczeństwo pożarowe, zabrania się używania urządzeń elektrycznych i gazowych niewyposażonych w pomieszczeniach. Szczegółowe instrukcje przeciwpożarowe znajdują się przy głównych drzwiach, a także gaśnice. Prosimy o zapoznanie się z tymi informacjami.
Gość otrzymuje do swojej dyspozycji komplet kluczy do Pokoju, który zobowiązany jest zwrócić na koniec pobytu.
Zgubienie lub zniszczenie kluczy nakłada na niego obowiązek zapłaty w wysokości 50,00 zł.
Klucze do głównej bramy nie są zapewnione, otwieramy bramy osobiście w celu wejścia do nieruchomości. Goście są pokazywani, jak opuścić nieruchomość bez konieczności osobistego otwierania bram.

- Inne punkty i zastrzeżenia, o których należy pamiętać
9.1 Żywność tutaj opiera się na zasadzie agroturystycznej „wspólnego garnka”, co oznacza, że rodzina i Goście spożywają te same posiłki. Prowadzimy ranczo agroturystyczne, a nie hotel czy restaurację.
9.2 Zakres, w jakim możemy zaspokoić specjalne potrzeby żywieniowe, jest zatem ograniczony, ale oczywiście dołożymy wszelkich starań, aby wziąć pod uwagę alergie, jeśli poinformujesz nas o tym z wyprzedzeniem, zanim kupimy jedzenie do planu posiłków. Możemy zapewnić opcje wegetariańskie, ale nie będziemy próbować dostosować się do pełnego weganizmu, ponieważ byłoby to niezgodne z naszym własnym planem trzymania kurcząt na jajka i pszczół na miód.
9.3 Na ranczu są koty, prosimy o ostrożność podczas parkowania i wyruszania oraz poinformowanie nas w momencie rezerwacji, jeśli ktoś w grupie ma alergię na koty.

9.8 W przypadku agresywnego zachowania osób będących pod wpływem alkoholu lub środków odurzających, gospodarz ma prawo do natychmiastowego zakończenia ich pokoju bez zwrotu wcześniej uiszczonych opłat.
9.9 Nie zapewniamy telewizorów, tabletów ani innych rozrywek dla dzieci, nie ma placu zabaw, a dzieci muszą przestrzegać wymagań innych Gości dotyczących spokojnego wypoczynku, biorąc pod uwagę profil tego typu wypoczynku agroturystycznego. Obecnie jesteśmy w stanie przyjmować państwowe bony turystyczne, ale może się to zmienić, ponieważ program „kości turystycznych” ma się zakończyć 31.03.2023 r. Z drugiej strony dokonaliśmy całego szeregu inwestycji w udogodnienia dostępowe dla osób niepełnosprawnych, np. podjazdy, windy, poręcze m.in. bez ubiegania się o środki publiczne. Posadziliśmy również i mamy harmonogram bieżącego sadzenia wielu ciekawych roślin, aby okoliczne ogrody cieszyły się dużym zainteresowaniem botanika lub ogrodnika.
9.10 Skupiamy się na recepturach i źródłach żywności jak najdalej od województwa lubuskiego . Wspieramy lokalną turystykę.
9.11 W pokojach znajdują się półki na książki, a książki na nich są przeznaczone do czytania, ale nie do zabrania. Jeśli podobał ci się twój Nowy Testament w pokoju i pragniesz kontynuować czytanie po wyjściu, możemy dostarczyć ci nowy egzemplarz, który zabierzesz ze sobą.
9.12 Wyjątki od wyżej wymienionych przepisów wymagają każdorazowo zgody Davida lub Eleny James, a wyjątek udzielony podczas jednej wizyty może nie być możliwy podczas kolejnej wizyty, ponieważ będzie to zależało od potrzeb innych Gości.
9.13 Gospodarze chętnie udzielą wyjaśnień i porad we wszystkich kwestiach spornych dotyczących regulaminu oraz poproszą naszych Szanownych Gości o ich przestrzeganie.
9.14 Proszę pamiętać, że jest to dom rodzinny, a także dom dzieci z autyzmem. Nie zostało to utrzymane w tajemnicy, więc jeśli zdecydujesz się zostać z nami, uszanuj ten fakt, a my z kolei będziemy bardzo zaszczyceni, mogąc Cię gościć.

General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
These are the rules of Agroletnica Country Guesthouse, from March 1, 2023, until further notice.
Payment of the fee for the stay and/or checking in on arrival are both deemed to mean acceptance of these regulations by the Guest.
1. Prices (all gross and in Polish zlotys, payment in other currencies possible (see part 8) and VAT invoices are possible for companies)
1.1 Accommodation (payable on or before arrival – see bank details in point 8)
Accommodation – 90 PLN per person over 3 years of age per night (80 PLN during the winter except the main holiday periods such as Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Carnival, etc, in which higher prices apply in accordance with industry practice).
Accommodation – 50 PLN for a person under 3 years of age or younger
Accommodation for an animal – 30 PLN per night per animal.
Surcharge for stays only for one day – 10 PLN per person.
Accommodation for the whole month payable in advance – 2,400 PLN per person, 4,000 PLN for two people in one room, 5,000 PLN for three people in one room.
The number of days of stay in Agroletnica Country Guest House is specified in the booking confirmation that the Guest receives: by e-mail, phone or letter after making a deposit of 30% of the amount. The remaining amount is paid by the Guest on the day of arrival.
The fee for unused nights is non-refundable.
If the Guest is booked-in using Booking.com or any other service which has other deals for pricing than the above, then the deal that the Guest has made via such service will apply, rather than the above pricing. Sometimes these will be better and sometimes not so good as the algorithms in these services are guided by Artificial Intelligence about the real-time balance of supply and demand.
For those wishing to have a kibbutz-style working holiday, the above rates can be flexed depending on the value of the work you want to do.
1.2 Meal plans (not obligatory, it is possible to book accommodation only. Booking meals must be done at least 24 hours in advance).
Breakfast (buffet – served 08:00 to 10:00) – 39 PLN per person.
Alternative for early starters – packed breakfast (cold elements only) made the previous evening and left in the fridge with your name on it – 29 PLN per person.
Main meal (Dinner – served 17:00 to 21:00) – 49 PLN per person
Banquets for 10 people or more (christenings, family occasions, school reunions, etc. – PLN 120 per person with the possibility of obtaining an agreed menu)
Having a campfire or grill with our food – PLN 80 per person
Having a self-catering Campfire event – PLN 30 per person (must be supervised by staff, see section 3 below, and is not available during droughts).
It is important that uses of the Campfire are agreed in advance with the Owners. The PLN 30 per person for the use of wood and our supervision is capped at 4 people, so 5 or more people still only need to pay 120 PLN if you are using your own food.
1.3 Other items
Use of the swimming pool – Guests with accommodation – free
Use of the pool and poolside area by people spending the day with a Guest – PLN 30 / person (up to two non-staying persons per Guest)
Use of the pool by people not connected to the Room Guests – not available.
Black tea, instant coffee, with milk and sugar – available free of charge for Guests, and costs 7 PLN/cup for non-staying persons connected with guests.
Coffee from the barista machine (operated by staff only), specialist teas and carbonated drinks and other items from the shop – according to the price list.
Rental: bicycle – 8 PLN / hour, rickshaws – 12 PLN/ hour. Outside the swimming pool season bicycle hire is free of charge.
Car with driver – 80 PLN / hour (depending on the driver’s availability – we do not rent a car without a driver) plus fuel.
The games room is currently unavailable due to renovations, until spring 2024.
2. Check-in/check-out, Quiet at night, Number of guests
2.1 Arrival from 16:00 to 22:00 (later/earlier by prior arrangement) Check-out until 12:00.
2.2 Quiet hours are 22:00 to 6:00. By prior arrangement there is a possibility of extension, but never later than 02:00, including parties.
Visitors who are not staying are required to leave the accommodation by the start of the Quiet hours. Staying overnight in the rooms of visitors is prohibited, unless this issue is agreed with the host. We charge by occupants and not by rooms.
During the stay, the Guest independently takes care of the order in the room. Long-stay guests may request changes of bed linen as needed.
2.3 Capacity
There are no „cottages” and this is not a camp site, so there are no tents, caravans or mobile homes. There is one house that has available rooms for guests:
4-bed rooms – 1 (with their own toilet and shower)
3-bed rooms – 2 (with their own toilet and shower)
2-bed rooms – 2 (with their own toilet and shower)
1-bed rooms – 4 (with shared toilet and shower)
So, in total we have 9 rooms with max. 18 beds, and in the dining room there are places for up to 30 people at the table during events. We are happy to partner with other local places to attract larger groups to the region.
The host designates the place where the Guest’s vehicle is parked.
Drivers of high vehicles must take care not to damage the entry gate. There is an alternative entrance for high vehicles by arrangement.
3. Camp fire
It is not included in the price because it requires supervision by staff to prevent forest fires, and because of the cost of the wood, cleaning the cutlery, etc. Sometimes the local authorities suspend the right to use the open fire due to drought, and we then move the planned meals by the fire to the dining room.
4. Self-catering
Our Guest House is not prepared for full self-catering stays, and will not be, but there are refrigerators with shelves dedicated to Guests. Guests should keep to their dedicated shelf in the fridges. A microwave is available in the „U Rubiego” dining room, but Guests are not allowed to eat or store food in their rooms for reasons of hygiene. In a country location, insects will react quickly to the presence of left-over food, so in order to keep this matter under control we expect guests to eat in the Dining Room or at the outside tables.
Guests can use the dining room/campfire to eat their own food, but can only use the fridge and microwave available for Guests. There is no access to the kitchen, this is strictly only accessible by the staff.
We’re happy to warm up food for babies.
We do not have a license for alcohol, but guests can consume their own alcohol and we do not charge a so-called „corkage” fee.
In the case of a banquet, the place where the other Guests who are not part of the banquet party can eat their own food may be temporarily changed.
5. Smoking
It is permitted to smoke in designated places only in front of the house and in the campfire zone.
It is not permitted to discard butts other than in the ashtrays provided.
The penalty for smoking indoors is PLN 500 per affected room.
The use or possession of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
6. Swimming pool and other areas by the pool
The pool is unheated and operates from late May to early October each year.
When the pool is off-season, it is not permitted to walk around in the pool.
Parents are responsible for supervising children.
Climbing on roofs, fences or awnings is not allowed.
Jumping into the water is not allowed.
The pool is available for use by room Guests and members of their local families joining them for the day (30PLN per person, up to two people max per guest), and not by people from outside.
Before entering the pool, guests must use the shower provided.
Sexual behaviour and boisterous activity are not allowed in the pool, and appropriate swimwear is required.
The pool is prohibited for people under the influence of alcohol
The penalty for causing the pool water to require a complete replacement owing to being polluted is 5,000 PLN.
Twice a week the pool is closed at 21:00 due to chlorination and opens at 9:00 the next morning. Entering the pool between these hours is dangerous, so it is prohibited, and the use of the pool during the Quiet hours is also not allowed.
7. Property damage, liability for the Group and pets
Property damage should be compensated by the person responsible, but since we do not always take the details of every person in the group, the person who has to pay any compensation, including penalties, if members of their group smoke or cause the pool water to need to be completely replaced will be the person who made the reservation. If you book a group at this Guest HOuse, we have the right to assume that you know the details of all the people in your group and that you are responsible for paying their fees and any other obligations they should incur. By making a booking on behalf of others, you accept this responsibility. In the interests of conformity with the spirit of Data Protection, we do not take the identities of everyone in the Group.
The above does not limit us from legal claims against other guests of the group.
We have monitoring of public places with cameras. Unless there is an incident requiring evidence to be preserved, the system loops and after 24 hours the recordings are overwritten. There is no recording or monitoring in the Guest Rooms.
Keeping animals in the accommodation without agreement with the host is prohibited. We are pet-friendly, but we also have our own animals and we expect the pets coming on holiday here to be up-to-date with required vaccines. There is a nightly fee of PLN 30 per animal and we do not offer baby-sitting of your animals as a service, it is up to you to keep your own animals safe and under control.
The Guest bears full responsibility, including material liability, for all kinds of damage and destruction of the accommodation and its equipment, caused by his actions or the actions of those for whom he is responsible, including but not restricted to children and animals.
The Guest should notify the host about the occurrence of damage in the accommodation unit and on the property.
The hosts are not responsible for the property of the Guests.
Due to the possibility of damage to the electrical installation and the associated fire safety, it is forbidden to use electrical and gas equipment not equipped in the rooms. Guests will find detailed fire instructions next to the main door and there are also fire extinguishers. Please read this information.
The guest receives at his disposal a set of keys to the Room, which he is obliged to return at the end of the stay.
Losing or destroying the keys imposes on him the obligation to pay in the amount of PLN 50.00.
Keys to the main gate are not provided, we open the gates personally for entry to the property. Guests are shown how to leave the property without the need for us to open the gates personally.

9. Other points and caveats to keep in mind
9.1 The food here is based on the agritourism principle of the „common pot”, which means that the family and the Guests eat the same meals. We run an agritourism ranch, not a hotel or restaurant.
9.2 The extent to which we can meet special nutritional needs is therefore limited, but of course we will do our best to take allergies into account if you tell us in advance before we buy food for the meal plan. We can provide vegetarian options, but we will not try to adapt to full veganism, because this would be incompatible with our own plan to keep chickens for eggs and bees for honey.
9.3 There are cats on the ranch, please be careful when parking and setting off and inform us at the time of booking if anyone in the group has an allergy to cats or dogs
9.4 There may be stinging/biting insects and poisonous/stinging plants, snakes, boars, bats, foxes, wolves, pine martens and other delights of nature in the environment. If you came to collect mushrooms or use the forest for walks, etc., it is up to you to know what you are doing. We expect from our Guests due respect for nature and for the work of farmers, both near our property and on its territory. We assume that you like these things or you would not have chosen agritourism for your leisure break, but the same applies when temporary workers are staying here, who have not chosen agritourism specifically.
9.5 Due to its location in rural areas, the mobile telephony service may sometimes be unavailable. It is advisable to contact us via the Internet and not by phone or SMS if the telephone network does not work. Our email address is quoracy@quoracy.com which is also our Skype ID. Under https://www.facebook.com/david.j.james1 you can find David on Facebook by allowing you to contact him in Messenger. Please use these means when the telephone network is poor.
9.6 We have better internet coverage than phone coverage, so likewise please give those who may need to contact you urgently ways to do so online. The internet also fails from time to time and we are not responsible when this happens because not having optical fibre is all part and parcel of a remote forest location, but fortunately this is rare. The Wi-Fi password is distributed on request to guests staying or participating in events.
9.7 Access to the property is through the entrance gate with intercom, which is controlled by the staff and for security reasons never remains open. Around the property there are camera monitoring points. Fences are intentionally high. Guests are able to leave without help but need to be let into the property so the standard of security here is high. We also have a subcontracted security patrol and personal alarms.
9.8 If persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs behave aggressively, the host has the right to terminate their room immediately without refund of previously paid fees.
9.9 We do not provide TVs, tablets or other entertainment for children, there is no playground and children must respect the requirements of other Guests for a quiet rest, taking into account the profile of this type of agritourism holiday. Currently we are able to accept the State tourist vouchers, but this is subject to change as the scheme of „bony turystyczne” is scheduled to end on 31/3/2023. On the other hand, we have made a whole range of investments for access facilities for the disabled, for example ramps, lifts, handrails, among others without applying for public funds. We have also planted and have a schedule for ongoing planting of many interesting plants so that the surrounding gardens will have much of interest to the botanist or horticulturalist.
9.10 We focus on recipes and food sources as far as possible from the Lubuskie region. We support local tourism.
9.11 The rooms have bookshelves and the books on them are for guests to read but not take away. If you have enjoyed your New Testament in the Room and desire to keep on reading after you leave we can provide you with a new copy to take away with you.
9.12 Exceptions to the above-mentioned regulations require the consent of David or Elena James on each occasion, and an exception granted on one visit may not be possible on another visit, as it will depend on the needs of other Guests.
9.13 The hosts will happily provide clarification and advice on all contentious issues regarding the regulations, and ask our honoured Guests to comply with them.
9.14 Please remember that this is a family home and is also the home of children with autism. This has not been kept a secret, so if you chose to stay with us please respect this fact, and we will in turn be very honoured to host you.
We give you all these points in section 9, because we would prefer people to choose wisely, so that the experience of the Agroletnica ranch offers only pleasant and not unpleasant surprises. We understand from our predecessors that problems have always been rare and that most of the holidays were very pleasant and free of problems. So far, we’ve really enjoyed hosting the majority of our guests. Providing this pleasant and safe experience means a joint effort of both the hosts and the Guests.
